This required us to develop staff, build systems, and maintain document repositories for the efficient handling and review of well over one million individual filings served on 20 different defendants in the ever-evolving asbestos litigation.

We have served as Court appointed trustee for a $10 million fund established to compensate over 10,000 claimants, and as escrow agent for several multi-million dollar settlements involving numerous plaintiff law firms.

On the class action front, Verus partners have conducted notice campaigns, processed opt-outs, and administered settlements for several securities fraud and consumer products cases. We served as the administrators of the notice, opt-out and claim processing for one of the largest personal injury class actions in history.
